Eligibility

If a refund offer applies to a paid plan, the terms shown at checkout govern. The configured reference period is 7 days, subject to the actual offer and applicable law.

How to request

Contact the service operator with your account email, order reference and reason. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

Processing

Approved refunds are handled through the original payment provider where available. Payments should not be accepted until a real provider is configured and tested.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
